Wairakei Terraces Bathing Pool 1

The first of the bathing pools after the main terraces (and therefore the hottest). Vivid blue in colour due to the silica content. The source of the four bathing pools is the main geyser on top of the terraces so they are all linked. A small amount of vegetation overhangs this pool.
